At Advance Tech Pest Management, we provide pest management services on a quarterly basis to control crawling insects such as ants, roaches, silverfish, and earwigs.

During this service, we apply a low toxicity-low odor liquid material to areas that insects might frequent and/or harbor (such as window & door frames, pipe entry points, under cupboards, appliances, furniture, etc.).

On the exterior, we apply a liquid residual material to all entry points. We also apply a granular bait that is effective on roaches, ants and crickets. We inspect the structure during the course of the treatment, and if repairs are needed to prevent pest entry we communicate this information to you so you can arrange to have them repaired.

All quarterly services are guaranteed against re-infestation for 90 days unless otherwise noted. The guarantee is for re-treatment only. The guarantee is good only on accounts that are done on a regular basis (4 times per year). A service charge will apply to extra service calls on accounts that are not done quarterly.

We also offer service for fleas and ticks, as well as pretty much any other pest problem you may be experiencing.

Due to popular demand, Advance Tech is now offering a one-visit inside and five-visit outside (1+5) annual pest control service option.

This service plan consists of a thorough interior and exterior initial application. Subsequent to the initial treatment, we perform five exterior perimeter applications using a combination of baits and liquid sprays to help control pests such as ants, crickets, centipedes, millipedes, sowbugs, pillbugs, wasps, and other common pests.

During the first service, we apply a low toxicity-low odor liquid material to areas that insects might frequent and/or harbor (such as window & door frames, pipe entry points, under cupboards, appliances, furniture, etc.). On the exterior, we apply a liquid residual material to all entry points.

We also apply a combination granular bait that is effective against a wide range of insect pests. We also inspect the structure during the course of the treatment, and if repairs are needed to prevent pest entry, we communicate this information to you so you can arrange to have them repaired.

Next, we come by every other month and apply a liquid barrier around the base of the house as well as the eaves, window & door frames, around lights etc. We also apply a combination granular bait as needed to control roaches, ants, and crickets.

Any extra service needed to the interior throughout the year is done at no charge. Just give us a call.
